Are you working on a Passive House project that is targeting certification in the near future?
The race is on for the 2014 Passive House Award, organised under the PassREg project to showcase leaders in the field of energy-efficient construction from around the world. The Passive House Award is an international award that recognises energy-efficient construction projects. With two categories – Individual Buildings and Entire Neighbourhoods or Regions – projects can now submit entries for the 2014 awards.
Competition entries may include single buildings as well as entire districts or regions. An independent jury will evaluate the architectural design and urban planning aspects of the submitted projects with special attention given to the use of renewables in sustainable energy supply concepts. Winning projects will be awarded at the International Passive House Conference next April in Aachen, Germany.
For more information, or to submit your entry, visit the Passivhaus Institut website.
